Ray Heikkila, owner of Pro Elite Plumbing & Heating, has been a Trade Wins member since January 2024. He’s a clear example of hard work and dedication — and a class act for how willingly he helps other members grow.

Growing up, money was tight and it often felt like a race from paycheck to paycheck. Ray knew early he wanted to break that cycle. After ten years of hard work he earned his first Master Plumber license, then in 2017 launched with a single truck. The early vision was simple — stay busy and make a living — until conversations with other local owners showed him how much bigger the business could become.
Like many small companies, Pro Elite took a hard hit in 2020. When the dust settled, they came back stronger. Today Ray carries seven master licenses, runs five trucks (three on daily service), and hit a personal milestone: his wife left her full-time job to homeschool their son. Without her belief in him, he says, none of it would have been possible.
Next up: 7–10 trucks on the road every day. The vision keeps growing — and Ray believes the sky’s the limit.
